I started my out my day by taking Spencer to school, coming home to breakfast for Sawyer and I (mainly for me, he just wasn't interested). Then off to The Gressette Building at the Capital for the sub-committee hearing on Bill #3496 (DUI Bill). A couple of victims had a chance to speak, and then on to the bill. Several of the changes were discussed. Unfortunately, I didn't get to speak. However, I have a LOT to say. Apparently Senator Hutto thinks sometimes people make a mistake and get a first time DUI. But when you think about it, is a 1st time rape the same? Does this lessen the pain of the victim? NO! He repeated himself several times of using the word "mistake". The mistake is only for the driver who just happened to make the mistake of getting caught. I think this shows a lack of respect for victims. A drunk is a drunk and when they are driving it is a recipe for disaster. I have no sympathy for those who choose to drink and then drive. I do have sympathy for the families who a losing loved ones everyday to DUI crashes. SC is ranked 2nd in the United States for DUI. Wouldn't you rather see SC ranked #2 for education? I could go on and on, but I will spare you.
My next shout out goes to the clever one who decided to go into my email. The more I think about it and discuss it with others, the more offended I get. Have I not suffered enough crap (not the word I want to use)? I hope you are enjoying your time invading the privacy of others. I can however sleep at night knowing that I have done nothing to others like you are doing to me. Enjoy your fun while you can. It's amazing with a few calls what you can find out, and I know who you are and have confirmation of when and how you got into my email! :) I hope you enjoyed your time. It all boils down to jealousy, and I am so happy that you are jealous of me! Happy Squirming!!!

Kids say the darndest things...
Tonight I was looking up some stuff on the computer and it just froze on me. Of course my husband is over my shoulder saying, "It never does that to me." So...being the even tempered person I am (HEEHEE), I said, "Yea! Yea! You never do anything wrong, you know how to do it all." Well, Spencer came to his defense and said, "Mama, he keeps this ceiling over us." I think he meant to say, he makes sure we have a roof over our head. Tim and I just laughed and laughed!
Tuesday is the big day. I have my utrasound in the morning. SORRY! I will not be able to call everyone, AND I will tell each of you like I told my sister and sister-in-law, Spencer will know FIRST! Then we will get the word out to everyone! Stay tuned....

Snow, Bedding & A's
Spencer enjoyed the little bit of snow we had falling Saturday night. He decided to go out and try to catch snowflakes on his tongue. Isn't it funny how we amuse ourselves over such little winter precipitation? Why can't it just snow...for real?!
Sawyer is almost completely off of formula. Thank goodness! He is now transitioning to Pedia Sure. He tried the vanilla and loves it. Whole milk worked ok, but he seemed to spit alot, so we will try this for now. As long as it's working, don't mess with it right?!!
NO! Don't jump to conclusions, we don't know if we are having a girl or not, but whenever I saw this bedding at TJMaxx, I just couldn't leave it. It was 50% off...what a steal! I ask if they could hold it, and she said, "Sure. Until 8pm tonight." Well, since my ultrasound is in 6 days, I decided to take a chance and get it. I did keep the receipt, so if I need to return it I can.

Today is also report card day. Spencer did GREAT! He made the honor roll again. Some of his grades were up and some were down, but he still made 6 A's and 3 B's. WAY TO GO SPENCE! Bless his little heart, he works so hard. He also is a little scam artist when it comes to doing his work. He likes to act like he doesn't know what he's doing. I guess he thinks I will say just quit, but that's not going to happen.

ebay/Pay Pal ALERT
Just to warn all of you. Someone has tapped into my ebay account and bid on (and won) over $1000 worth of stuff. Luckily, last week they couldn't get money out of my account. OR so I thought I was lucky. Tim went to get money this morning and the card was declined. WELL, guess what? Not only last week did they get $90, but this week they got $494.95 and $320.00. Thankfully, MPCU is working with me to get my money back. But I warn all of you....BE CAREFUL! Someone hacked into my ebay and pay pal account and changed my password (twice). So just be aware of the activity on your accounts and I hope this doesn't happen to any of you! Wish me luck!

Happy New Year
Happy New Year everyone! We have had a nice year so far, not a whole lot to complain about. Anyway, today Sawyer & I ventured out to Portrait Innovations for birthday pictures. Well, yet again I was not satisfied. I did however purchase th $69 package (why? I don't know). As you can see from the picture on the right, this is NOT one of the poses. This is one I took on my own at the Lyttleton Street Park in Camden. Don't you just love the mullet? Only 3 more days and "BYE, BYE BILLY RAY! :) I'll be sure to post those pics later.
