We attended the signing of the DUI bill this morning. I was priviledged and honored to be a part of this great event. Govenor Sanford has pushed for change for 5 years, and this is a MAJOR step for SC. After he and several others addressed the group at the press conference, he asked me to say a few words. Of course I was emotional, but definately honored to speak. Once the bill was signed, he handed my the pen he signed with.
